1.1 Single Toughened Glass (8mm & 10mm): For single toughened glass panels with thicknesses of 8mm and 10mm, we aim to complete the manufacturing process and deliver your order within 2 weeks from the date of order placement. We work diligently to ensure prompt delivery without compromising on product quality.

1.2 Laminated Glass: Laminated glass panels require additional time for production due to their complex construction. We endeavour to complete the manufacturing process and deliver laminated glass orders within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order placement. This timeframe accounts for the careful lamination process that ensures the highest level of safety and durability for your balustrade system.

1.3 Framework: If your order includes framework components, such as handrails or posts, we aim to complete the manufacturing process and deliver these items within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order placement.

2.3 Packaging: This will vary depending on the product ordered. Glass will be delivered on a specialist glass vehicle and will require unloading by yourself. Frameworks will be packaged to ensure they are protected.
